Kolvi HS steam boilers are made in rated steaming capacity interval from 1 to 30 t/h. Depending on loading and operation regime, the boiler in combination with flow around titling, thanks to complex heat-exchanging surface and unique constructive decisions, allows to reach very high energy performance:
— the economizer reaches 91% without efficiency factor;
— the efficiency factor will make no more than 95% when applying economizer.
The oil-burning gas-fire burner are applied to coppers. Copper’s low aerodynamic resistance allows to pick up best most optimum burner device with minimum engine power of burner blower. The extended tube space plus high volume of water in the copper provides the copper’s most optimum operating mode in every interval steam rate. The second and third course heating pipes arrangement multiserial hookup, smoke fumes turning headers performance have allowed to organize bigger furnace space and increase heating area that increases heat exchange capacity and consequently copper’s efficiency factor. Thus, a copper where breakthrough technologies and reliable design solutions, as well as high production quality have been used to provide exclusive specifications of the steam boiler: high performance and quality of steam, high efficiency factor, safety and reliability of work, long-term service.
